The squash committee now consists of the following people:
|
6. | Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting | These could not be found but were approved in their absence! They have since been found and have been put on the website. |
7. | Matters Arising | None. |
8. | Section report | This was put on the website and the noticeboard and copies were available at the meeting. The report was approved. |
9. | Any other business | Competitions and Fixture Lists will be produced and published on the website and noticeboard. (Action TA, PH, EF, BI) Feelers were put out to see if there would be interest in a Mixed Doubles Tournament. (Action EF) Racketball competition will be considered. (Action BI) There was a discussion about times and days people found most suitable for tournaments. The concensus was that they should continue to be scheduled as at present; the onus being on players to rearrange their matches and obtain a marker if they cannot play at the allocated time. |
