Notice of 2000 Annual General Meeting

8th October 2000 at 20:00 (after finals of handicapped tournament)

The Annual General Meeting of the Squash Section will be held at 8 pm on Sunday 8 October 2000 (or as soon after the Handicap Competion Finals as is convenient), at the Club to consider the following business:

AGENDA

  1. Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
  2. Matters arising therefrom
  3. Section Report for the Year
  4. Appointment of Officers and Committee
    • Captain
    • Vice Captain
    • Honorary Secretary
    • Ladies' Captain
    • Fixtures Secretary
    • Committee Members.
  5. Any other business

All full members and members of the Squash section are invited to participate in the meeting, and to nominate Officers and Committee Members.
